Born in Edmonton Alberta, grew up in Forestburg, Alberta.  A farmers daughter and the oldest of 3 girls.  Mother to 2 amazing children and grandmother to 5 spectacular and inspiring children.

Working as a Social Worker has been a dream come true.  My first thoughts of becoming a social worker occurred when I was in grade 7 and my desire was to counsel kids who had suffered at the hands of school bullies which includes peers and teachers.

Fictional author is also in the works for me as an author. In the process of looking for illustrators for 3 children's books and then looking to publish Nap-time for Elsabeth, Roger and Vlarthings Adventure: The Mysterious Cave and The Birth of a King this year.
